Description

  • Lead strategic marketing planning for the Autoimmune therapeutic area, clinical FSP, and related CRO services.
  • Develop messaging frameworks using feature, advantage, and benefit analysis with supporting proof points.
  • Create differentiated content strategies and omnichannel campaigns to improve market positioning and client engagement.
  • Drive the development, implementation, and optimization of sales enablement tools to support revenue goals.
  • Identify Autoimmune and FSP client profiles in coordination with lead generation and inside sales teams.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across blogs, website, SEM, SEO, AI search, social media, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with operational, medical/scientific, commercial, and agency partners to deliver high-quality thought leadership content.
  • Plan and execute annual conference and event strategies, including budgeting, messaging, and in-person attendance as needed.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to team members and cross-functional partners.
  • Deliver monthly reporting, performance insights, and strategic recommendations based on metrics, market trends, and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, life sciences, biotech, or healthcare.
  • Advanced degree plus 4+ years of relevant experience is a plus.
  • 6–8 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of independently leading projects, including customer-facing initiatives.
  • Experience in therapeutic area marketing and FSP services; experience in Autoimmune and broader clinical CRO services is a strong plus.
  • Proven success developing webinars and live events, including speaker coordination and promotional strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, and status reporting.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to identify and present data-driven insights that influence strategic decisions.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end work processes with the ability to assess and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
