Description

  • Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites.
  • Ensure studies are conducted, recorded, and reported according to protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate study setup and monitoring activities, including identifying investigators.
  • Support regulatory submissions for study startup.
  • Conduct pre-study and initiation visits.
  • Monitor sites primarily in Belgium and provide occasional support for sites in the Netherlands.
  • Identify potential study risks and propose mitigation solutions.
  • Maintain communication with project teams, investigators, and site personnel.
  • Take responsibility for the quality and outcomes of assigned work.

Requirements

  • Life science degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a CRA in a CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech environment, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Site management experience or equivalent experience in clinical research.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player.
  • Client-focused approach.
  • Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays, up to approximately 50-60% of the time.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
  • Experience managing oncology studies is preferred.
  • Study start-up activities experience is preferred.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.
