Description

  • Lead full-service clinical projects in accordance with the study budget and scope of work.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and support proposal activities and client presentations.
  • Manage all aspects of clinical research trials across global and regional Phase I-IV studies in oncology.
  • Oversee all functional departments, including data management, safety, clinical, medical monitoring, and biostatistics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to drive quality and efficient study execution.
  • Manage client relationships, project teams, budgets, timelines, and study deliverables through the full trial lifecycle.
  • Prepare project status updates for clients and leadership, including key deliverables, performance metrics, and escalations.
  • Review and prepare study documentation such as protocols, project plans, informed consents, site contracts, and budgets.
  • Liaise with project teams and senior management at Precision and sponsor organizations, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Contribute as an active member of the project team to support trial management and execution.

Requirements

  • Degree or similar life science qualification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 to 7 years of industry experience and at least 4 years of full-service project management experience in a clinical trial setting for a CRO.
  • Previous experience in a full-service/global project management role within the CRO industry is essential.
  • Experience managing oncology studies.
  • Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proven computer skills with MS Office, MS Project, and PowerPoint, plus experience with CTMS, eTMF, EDC, and IXRS.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with individuals and teams internally and externally.
  • Core understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities related to executing a clinical development plan.
