Description

  • Conduct secondary and desk-based research using internal databases, published literature, payer and HTA websites, and industry sources.
  • Develop discussion guides, screeners, and stimuli for primary research with payers, KOLs, and patient groups.
  • Participate in and independently conduct stakeholder interviews on pricing, access, and reimbursement topics.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative information to address client questions.
  • Prepare client-ready presentations with clear storylines, analytical structure, and actionable insights.
  • Support recommendations on launch pricing, market access strategy, and value communication.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of client outputs as the content expert on assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and global teams across the US, UK, EU, and India.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Public Health, Health Economics, Economics, Engineering, or MBA from a reputed institution.
  • Two years of relevant experience in consulting, pharmaceutical market access, HEOR, competitive intelligence, or healthcare and life sciences research.
  • Strong interest in healthcare and life sciences.
  • Ability to conduct high-quality research and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow in a global consulting environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in dynamic, cross-cultural teams.
