Description

  • Independently lead full-service clinical projects in line with study budget and scope of work.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison and provide customer service throughout the trial lifecycle.
  • Participate in proposal strategy, proposal activities, client presentations, costing, and bid defense.
  • Liaise with project teams and senior management at Precision and sponsor organizations, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Oversee all functional areas of clinical trial delivery, including data management, safety, clinical, medical monitoring, and biostatistics.
  • Manage clinical research trials from study start through completion, including timelines, scope, cost, and quality.
  • Prepare project status updates, key deliverables, performance metrics, and escalation items for clients and management.
  • Review and prepare study documentation, including protocols, project plans, informed consents, site contracts, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and support cross-functional study teams to drive efficient execution of trials.
  • May run international trials and travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in life sciences or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in a full-service/global Project Management role within the CRO industry is essential.
  • 5 to 7 years of industry experience and at least 4 years of full-service Project Management experience in a clinical trial setting at a CRO.
  • Experience managing oncology studies is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and PowerPoint, plus CTMS, eTMF, EDC, and IXRS systems.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with individuals and teams internally and externally.
  • Core understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities as they relate to clinical development plans.
