Description

  • Lead full-service clinical projects in accordance with study budget and scope of work.
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact and support proposal activities and client presentations.
  • Manage clinical research trials end to end, including oversight of all functional areas.
  • Coordinate cross-functional study teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee project delivery across data management, safety, clinical, medical monitoring, and biostatistics.
  • Prepare project status updates for clients and management, including deliverables, performance metrics, and escalations.
  • Review and prepare study documentation such as protocols, project plans, informed consents, site contracts, and budgets.
  • Manage client relationships, project teams, budgets, and timelines throughout the full study lifecycle.
  • Liaise with senior leadership at Precision and sponsor organizations, including C-level stakeholders.
  • May manage international trials and support study execution across global regions.

Requirements

  • Degree or similar life science qualification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 to 7 years of industry experience, including at least 4 years in full-service project management within a clinical trial setting at a CRO.
  • Previous experience in a full-service/global Project Management role in the CRO industry is essential.
  • Experience managing studies in Oncology is required; Rare Diseases or CNS experience is also relevant.
  • Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proven computer skills with MS Office, MS Project, and PowerPoint, plus experience with CTMS, eTMF, EDC, and IXRS.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with individuals and teams internally and externally.
  • Core understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities related to clinical development plan execution.
