Description

  • Support study sites and clinical project teams throughout clinical research studies.
  • Serve as a point of contact and liaison for study sites, project teams, and site management issues.
  • Assist with investigator recruitment, site feasibility, and site selection activities.
  • Prepare and distribute Investigator Site Files and coordinate related shipping or electronic delivery.
  • Manage essential document collection, review, maintenance, and close-out activities in the TMF.
  • Set up and maintain site-related data in clinical systems, including CTMS, TMF, and EDC.
  • Track milestones, activities, and study status to ensure reporting is current, accurate, and complete.
  • Support data review, query resolution, database closure, and freezing procedures.
  • Provide logistics support for study supplies, samples management, and investigational product accountability.
  • Train, mentor, and support junior In-house CRAs and contribute to training materials and study documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience, ideally in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
  • 4 years of clinical trial or related experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • In-depth knowledge of the drug development process.
  • Experience using CTMS, TMF, and EDC systems.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Customer service mindset with flexibility and teamwork.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in clinical research or related work is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills are preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to resolve complex problems using knowledge, precedents, and practices.
  • Ability to support junior In-House CRA staff with issue identification and resolution.
