Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation point for clients.
  • Coordinate all functional services and external vendors to meet established timelines and budgets.
  • Manage study budgets, scope control, profitability, billable hours, billing, and forecasting.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee quality management activities, including eTMF inspection readiness and CAPA implementation.
  • Maintain collaboration across functional operations and review study documentation as needed.
  • Establish tracking metrics and monitor trial and team progress toward project goals.
  • Prepare project status updates and report progress, KPIs, solutions, and opportunities to clients and senior management.
  • Lead internal and client meetings and set expectations for the project team.
  • Communicate protocol or study issues, deviations, and corrective actions with client and Precision management.
  • Ensure study-specific training is implemented and compliant throughout the project.
  • Support business development and marketing activities, including bid defense meetings when required.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews for functional team members.
  • Perform other assigned duties and remain compliant with training, time-reporting, and administrative requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a science or health-related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • 4-7 years of clinical research experience or proven competency for the role.
  • 2-4 years of project leadership experience.
  • Experience managing regional trials of moderate complexity and/or supporting complex global trials.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer service mindset.
  • Mandarin-speaking ability required to cover the East Asia market.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant Precision SOPs.
  • Working knowledge of project management techniques, tools, and software.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional project management environment.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical and/or device research required.
