Description

  • Lead or contribute to feasibility assessments for client requests for proposals and other engagements.
  • Review clinical protocols, study assumptions, client information, and operational plans for US and global trials.
  • Analyze competitive landscapes, recruitment history, standard of care, treatment landscapes, epidemiology, countries, sites, and patient pools.
  • Translate evidence into country, site, enrollment, recruitment, and operational recommendations.
  • Document assumptions, rationales, data limitations, and feasibility risks.
  • Present analyses, findings, recommendations, and methodologies to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Coordinate with colleagues, consultants, data partners, investigators, and sites to gather and interpret feasibility information.
  • Plan and analyze targeted site and investigator outreach.
  • Participate in bid-defense meetings and client discussions.
  • Develop feasibility methods, data sources, tools, templates, and best practices while supporting team knowledge development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in clinical-trial feasibility, clinical operations, site intelligence, epidemiology, clinical research, or a related field.
  • Experience contributing to clinical-trial feasibility analysis and site or country identification.
  • Ability to interpret clinical, scientific, epidemiological, and operational information and develop clear recommendations.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, presentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines in a matrix environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, plus confidence using web-based data and analytics platforms.
  • Working knowledge of ICH-GCP principles.
  • Preferred: postgraduate degree, global clinical-trial experience, experience in oncology or rare disease, client-facing presentation experience, or familiarity with clinical-trial intelligence, epidemiology, site-performance, claims, or real-world-data platforms.
