Description

  • Provide business administration support for sponsor clinical systems, including eTMF/CTMS, IRT, and EDC platforms such as Veeva Clinical Vault and Medidata CTMS.
  • Manage user access requests for internal, sponsor, and third-party users across clinical and other business systems.
  • Maintain Global Directory data by entering and updating sites, institutions, and related records in Precision’s clinical system.
  • Create and manage studies, countries, and sites within the clinical system.
  • Resolve help desk tickets by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and identifying system performance problems or deficiencies.
  • Perform clinical system modifications and updates, including picklists and field requirements.
  • Review clinical system processes and procedures and support ongoing improvements.
  • Support initiation of integrations between the clinical system and the electronic data capture system.
  • Perform archival steps within the clinical system as requested.
  • Support leads and managers with ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
  • 2 years of clinical trial experience and 2 years of experience with clinical systems.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Experience with clinical trial systems such as CTMS, EDC, eTMF, and RTMS.
  • Detailed understanding of requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, and integrations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written, oral, and presentation formats with end users, vendors, and management teams (preferred).
  • Ability to communicate business needs effectively to IT technology partners (preferred).
  • Ability to resolve issues independently and escalate appropriately when needed.
  • Ability to learn new systems and integration requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
