Description

  • Support the Lead Data Manager as a back-up or team member to ensure timely completion of study tasks.
  • Perform data entry and quality control for paper CRF studies when needed.
  • Develop CRF specifications from study protocols and coordinate stakeholder review and feedback.
  • Assist in building clinical databases and conduct database build user acceptance testing.
  • Specify and support edit checks and maintain quality-controlled database build documentation.
  • Create, revise, version, and maintain data management documentation.
  • Train clinical research personnel on study-specific CRFs, EDC systems, and project-related processes.
  • Review and query clinical trial data in accordance with the Data Management Plan.
  • Run patient-level and study-level status and metric reports.
  • Perform medical coding and coordinate SAE/AE reconciliation.
  • Liaise with external vendors and project teams to support timelines and data deliverables.
  • Assist with SAS programming, SAS program quality control, and troubleshooting data management issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of related experience.
  • Around 2 years of experience as a Clinical Data Associate in a CRO, pharma, or biotech company.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle a variety of clinical research tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Professional written and spoken English.
  • Experience with database development, edit checks, or UAT is preferred.
  • Experience with medical coding, SAE/AE reconciliation, or SAS programming is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Must apply in English.
