Description

  • Own the full portfolio-level P&L and serve as the main finance contact for assigned brands.
  • Lead the monthly controlling cycle, ensuring accurate, timely, and clear financial outputs.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly internal reporting, including budget-to-actual variance analysis and commentary.
  • Support annual budget planning, rolling forecasts, and reforecasts with cost and profit center managers.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team on month-end close to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Use AI tools and automation to streamline recurring tasks such as closing comments, data validation, variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Support the development and maintenance of FP&A and reporting tools, including Abacum and NetSuite.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses, financial modeling, and financial support for management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics, or an equivalent field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in finance, controlling, or FP&A.
  • Solid understanding of P&L structures and month-end closing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of diligence in financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for financial models and analysis.
  • Independent, structured, solution-oriented, and analytical working style.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet financial deadlines.
  • Confident communicator who can answer financial questions from non-finance stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate and automate workflow.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to work within or overlap with European business hours.
  • SaaS industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments is preferred.
  • Experience with Abacum, NetSuite, or similar FP&A forecasting tools is preferred.
  • Exposure to automation tools or scripting is a plus.
  • Progress toward ACCA, ACA, or CIMA is a plus.
