Description

  • Execute TikTok Shop affiliate and social ambassador strategies aligned with brand objectives to maximize partnerships and revenue.
  • Manage daily affiliate outreach through the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center and maintain affiliate messaging and Discord communities.
  • Oversee social commerce initiatives across TikTok and Meta, including setup and ongoing optimization of social shops.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as GMV, response rate, program growth, and profitability.
  • Develop affiliate commission strategies, forecasts, and client goals based on historical data.
  • Serve as a client liaison by providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to support satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay current on industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to improve campaign performance.
  • Use AI technologies to improve business processes and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem in your work.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media, with agency experience preferred.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Proven ability to stay current on social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates, with examples of applying that knowledge.
  • Experience using TikTok Shop Seller Center and the TikTok commerce suite, including the Affiliate management system.
  • Understanding of the social ambassador ecosystem and experience in at least one sub-affiliate program; Impact experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record managing social media strategies for multiple clients across different industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Previous experience managing social commerce initiatives, including setting up and optimizing social shops on TikTok and Meta.
  • Demonstrated success managing performance-driven influencer campaigns focused on conversions, CTR, and ROI.
  • Ability to work independently and manage social media strategies with minimal supervision.
