Description

  • Create and execute organic search strategies aligned with client KPIs.
  • Lead SEO and content strategy by evaluating prior work and adjusting plans based on performance.
  • Meet SEO and content deliverable timelines while delivering high-quality work.
  • Communicate strategy updates, algorithm changes, and performance shifts to internal teams and clients.
  • Educate clients on recommended actions, next steps, and implications of algorithm updates.
  • Manage client accounts independently with minimal senior support.
  • Report on the impact of SEO and content strategies in monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Proactively identify and implement organic search improvements to help clients reach their goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop organic search roadmaps that support client objectives.
  • Use AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve processes and department workflows.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an SEO-based role with client-facing experience.
  • Experience working with e-commerce clients.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and data visualization tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, and Screaming Frog.
  • Foundational understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO, plus SEO content alignment to business goals.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability in both client-facing and internal situations.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to tailor storytelling for different audiences.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Experience using or working in a fast-paced agency environment is preferred.
