Description

  • Provide technical support and high-level oversight for additional clients managed by the pod.
  • Develop enterprise-level and cross-channel strategies and reporting in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Delegate reporting and optimization tasks to support teammates based on skill level.
  • Focus on strategy and quality control for client deliverables.
  • Lead team training sessions and contribute to ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop client delivery pod members through monthly check-ins and capability reviews.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to strengthen client relationships and improve efficiency and performance.
  • Participate in hiring by interviewing candidates for new roles.
  • Support onboarding of new hires by acclimating them to client accounts and responsibilities.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and pitch clients to support business growth.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO and analytics, including technical SEO, CRO, content, analytics, and UX.
  • Advanced knowledge of tracking and analytics platforms including STAT, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, My Business, and Data Studio.
  • Strong understanding of SEO implementation within a WordPress environment; Shopify experience is a plus.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and technical support to client delivery team members.
  • Experience with site research, keyword research, competitor analysis, campaign development, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Comfort delegating work and managing tasks across junior team members.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and teaching abilities.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and supporting client strategy.
  • Ability to review deliverables and evaluate team capabilities regularly.
  • Direct reporting relationship to the SEO Manager.
