Description

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams using Asana and other web-based project management tools.
  • Create, execute, and revise project plans to meet changing client needs and requirements.
  • Oversee project scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder communication from start to finish.
  • Lead internal and external status meetings and document, store, and distribute meeting notes.
  • Evaluate new work requests, identify needed resources, assign responsibilities, and schedule action items.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk management and escalate issues proactively within the account team.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
  • Maintain ongoing communication between the client and account team to keep projects moving forward on time.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience leading projects in an interactive advertising or digital marketing agency environment.
  • 3 years of agency experience.
  • Strong proficiency with web-based project management platforms, with Asana highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Subject matter familiarity with digital marketing areas such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, display, feeds, paid social, and analytics.
  • Strong experience working in digital marketing agency environments.
  • Proficiency in all project management process groups: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing.
  • Ability to direct teams in task prioritization and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with conflict management and mediation.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, methodical, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Strong business ethics and political awareness.
  • Self-starter who can think independently and work autonomously.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency required.
