Description

  • Manage paid search campaigns across clients of various business types, sizes, and industries, including daily optimizations and strategy changes.
  • Analyze performance data and turn insights into action plans.
  • Manage client budgets and recommend budget changes across campaigns and channels.
  • Determine client benchmarks and implement optimizations to achieve KPIs quickly.
  • Maintain frequent communication with internal teams and external clients.
  • Keep current on industry topics and improve paid media processes and new strategies.
  • Communicate client goals, feedback, and workflow clearly to internal teams.
  • Use AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
  • Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem within the department.
  • Develop toward a senior strategist or account manager role.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1-2 years in an agency setting.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on search engine marketing experience, including bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development, and campaign adjustments.
  • Significant campaign management experience with Performance Max, Standard, Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media’s role in the funnel.
  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced Excel features.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and strong in note-taking.
  • Strong enthusiasm, passion, creativity, and commitment to paid media and client work.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for learning and personal growth.
