Description

  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of paid advertising campaigns for a book of business.
  • Manage paid social and paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Bing Ads.
  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns end to end, including coordination with Specialists when needed.
  • Lead campaign optimization efforts to improve performance against client goals.
  • Manage client budgets and advise on budget changes based on performance and expertise.
  • Own internal communication for client teams, including performance updates, strategy recommendations, deliverables, and action items.
  • Provide weekly client progress recaps with performance insights and future recommendations.
  • Handle reporting, presentation creation, and strategy communication for clients and stakeholders.
  • Use data to explain results, tell a clear performance story, and recommend next steps.
  • Leverage AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve business processes and department workflows.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1-2 years in an agency setting.
  • At least 2 years of direct response marketing experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or B2B.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with search engine marketing.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.
  • Significant campaign management experience in one or more additional formats such as Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media’s role in the funnel.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a self-motivated work style.
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and adapt strategy when needed.
  • Interest in building a long-term relationship with a growing company.
