Staff Engineer

Description

• Lead architecture design and execution for cloud- and mobile-based machine learning solutions, including generative AI, LLMs, domain-specific LLMs, and optimization problems.
• Develop full-stack ML-backed customer features across mobile applications and cloud services.
• Establish best practices for deploying machine learning models to cloud and mobile environments.
• Translate ambiguous product concepts into detailed requirements and end-to-end technical strategy documents.
• Build infrastructure to develop, test, release, and update production ML models.
• Enable rapid ML experimentation while maintaining a high quality bar for released software.
• Lead Scrum/Agile ceremonies and drive consistent, timely delivery.
• Identify and communicate technical and delivery risks to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to plan and deliver customer-facing experiences.
• Shape product, user experience, and team processes based on customer problems.
