Description

  • Serve as the primary project lead for SMB restaurant marketing engagements, building consultative relationships with independent restaurant owners.
  • Allocate approximately 25% of capacity to partner relationship management and 75% to marketing project management.
  • Define partner business needs, oversee onboarding, and manage new marketing initiatives from kickoff through delivery.
  • Own a portfolio of SMB partners and lead end-to-end delivery of marketing projects focused on measurable outcomes and long-term retention.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders and partner teams.
  • Develop and execute integrated, data-informed marketing campaigns across email, SMS, paid media, and other digital channels.
  • Partner with content and creative teams to ensure assets align with brand strategy and voice, and deliver performance reporting focused on ROI and optimization.
  • Monitor project workflows and account health, proactively re-engage non-responsive or at-risk partners, and manage escalations to resolution.
  • Create scalable resources and provide technology and marketing consulting that articulate the strategic impact of platform features and identify opportunities to expand partner marketing investments.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of business experience in marketing and/or account management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience in SaaS and/or the food service/hospitality industry is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and executing marketing campaigns to support a portfolio of partner goals.
  • Excellent customer service and accountability skills with the ability to quickly and independently mediate conflict.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, including articulating new technologies and value propositions to internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to confidently solve problems with limited information and handle competing priorities with professionalism and composure.
  • Organized, proactive, and aligned with Popmenu’s mission to empower independent restaurants.
