Description

  • Lead the design and development of full stack features for an AI-powered web application.
  • Define technical vision and architectural principles for AI/ML systems.
  • Research and prototype cutting-edge AI technologies to drive innovation.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and observability best practices across the cloud architecture.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to communicate technical designs and strategies.
  • Serve as a role model for engineering standards and bring consistency across systems and processes.
  • Mentor junior and intermediate engineers.
  • Help drive technical decisions on ambiguous, system-spanning problems.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, release planning, and company-wide engineering initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack web development and production AI/ML systems.
  • Deep expertise in AI/ML domains such as NLP, computer vision, or recommendation engines.
  • Proficiency with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and microservices.
  • Proven ability to architect and lead end-to-end AI projects, including security best practices.
  • Exceptional technical communication and knowledge-sharing skills.
  • Track record of managing ambiguity and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Experience building foundational systems in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve ambiguous technical challenges with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong development skills in React, Python, and Node, or equivalent technologies, with the ability to ramp up quickly.
  • Experience with the company’s core stack, including PostgreSQL, AWS, n8n, LangChain, or LangGraph, is preferred.
