Description

  • Own the end-to-end product design process from exploratory research through wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Drive customer and product understanding through interviews, surveys, edge case mapping, journey reviews, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems, align on outcomes, and develop solutions.
  • Support major product launches and optimize existing customer journey flows through redesigns and A/B tests.
  • Use and help evolve the design system to deliver consistent, scalable user interfaces.
  • Participate in team rituals including design reviews, retrospectives, product meetings, and cross-functional standups.
  • Communicate design decisions clearly and present the rationale behind your work to peers and executive stakeholders.
  • Iterate quickly in ambiguous situations while balancing speed, quality, and feedback.
  • Continuously improve team processes, tooling, and collaboration practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing intuitive, user-centric digital products, ideally in a fast-paced consumer-focused environment.
  • Strong foundation in visual design, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience across the full product design lifecycle, from research and ideation through execution, validation, and iteration.
  • Ability to conduct or collaborate on user research and translate insights into design decisions.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and complexity, especially with dense or regulated information.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, content strategists, and marketers.
  • Strong prototyping skills, including sketching, wireframing, and building interactive flows.
  • Familiarity with design systems and contributing to scalable components and patterns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to frame trade-offs and align stakeholders.
  • Healthy balance of humility, curiosity, and confidence.
  • Experience in a remote-first or distributed team environment is preferred.
