Description

  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for multi-product adoption, customer trust, and account and automation capabilities.
  • Develop a long-term vision for simplifying insurance management for Canadian customers across discovery, purchase, and post-sale experiences.
  • Establish OKRs and success metrics that align teams around measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Break down ambiguous, open-ended problems into clear opportunities, priorities, and executable plans.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from problem definition and discovery through solution design, scoping, launch, and iteration.
  • Write clear product specifications that connect business goals, customer needs, operational requirements, and technical constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Design, Growth, Operations, Customer Success, and Data to deliver customer and internal product experiences.
  • Coordinate launch readiness and stakeholder alignment across teams with competing priorities.
  • Define measurement frameworks, run experiments, and use data to evaluate product performance and inform next steps.
  • Refine strategy and prioritization based on customer insights, operational realities, and business context.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of customer-facing digital products in high-growth environments.
  • Experience building both customer-facing D2C products and operational or internal tooling products.
  • Experience building prototypes with AI.
  • Experience scaling products and product practices within high-growth startups or fast-moving technology organizations.
  • Proven ability to define and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of how product decisions affect revenue, operations, customer success, retention, and compliance.
  • Exceptional ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable plans.
  • Strong operational discipline and ability to manage competing priorities while keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience defining metrics, building measurement frameworks, and conducting product analyses.
