Description

  • Serve as the principal implementation liaison between the customer and project team.
  • Document customer requirements and translate them into configuration setup, business processes, and goals.
  • Lead detailed business discovery and recommend delivery approaches that improve outcomes and value.
  • Execute system configuration and validate implementation plans across project stakeholders.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security requirements are met for customer databases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues with strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain training databases to reflect new product releases, enhancements, and leading practices.
  • Identify configuration improvements that increase efficiency and strengthen customer outcomes.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships through clear communication and collaboration.
  • Proactively identify and communicate risks, issues, escalations, timelines, and delays.
  • Lead customer change management activities, including user readiness and acceptance planning.
  • Test, pilot, and document new professional services offerings.
  • Develop expertise across multiple product offerings and the end-to-end solution.
  • Travel to customer sites and regional meetings as needed to lead meetings and presentations.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
  • Consulting experience within a software organization performing workflow analysis and delivering recommendations.
  • Experience configuring or implementing software solutions, database testing, and end-user support preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in business or a technology-related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and adherence to quality validation processes.
  • Experience working on multiple project teams simultaneously while balancing milestones and objectives.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects, show initiative, and deliver results.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a flexible approach.
  • Healthcare market experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to customer sites and regional meetings.
