Description

  • Define and lead the multi-year enterprise Data Products strategy aligned with corporate goals and market opportunities.
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, performance, and long-term success of data products, APIs, interoperability services, marketplace capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Identify new business models, revenue opportunities, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem capabilities enabled by PointClickCare’s data assets.
  • Set portfolio investment priorities, resource allocation, success measures, business cases, and performance outcomes.
  • Define customer access models, API strategies, pricing, packaging, and commercial models for sustainable growth.
  • Drive product adoption, customer value realization, commercial performance, and scalable portfolio growth.
  • Align Product, Engineering, AI, Corporate Strategy, Legal, Go-to-Market, and Corporate Data Office stakeholders.
  • Represent PointClickCare’s data strategy with executives, customers, partners, analysts, and industry organizations.
  • Lead and develop a senior product leadership organization, including succession planning, leadership development, and talent strategy.
  • Ensure data products protect intellectual property, privacy, and regulatory compliance while balancing growth and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management, technology, data products, platform strategy, enterprise software, or related disciplines.
  • Proven success executing enterprise product, growth, or business strategies with measurable customer, financial, and organizational impact.
  • Experience leading large, complex product or technology organizations through multiple leadership layers.
  • Track record of leading enterprise transformation across functions, competing priorities, and significant organizational change.
  • Deep expertise in data products, APIs, interoperability, marketplaces, ecosystems, data monetization, AI-enabled products, and data-driven business models.
  • Strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen, including portfolio investment, risk management, and performance ownership.
  • Ability to influence executives and represent strategy with customers, partners, analysts, and external stakeholders.
  • Marketplace, ecosystem, platform, or data monetization experience is highly preferred.
  • Healthcare technology or experience in post-acute care, payer, provider, or other regulated industries is preferred.
