Description

  • Own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for platform service product areas.
  • Define and drive execution and delivery of APIs and shared services.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research to identify customer and user needs and pain points.
  • Prioritize product investments and tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and ROI justification.
  • Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other Product Managers to shape valuable and feasible solutions.
  • Partner with commercialization, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to support successful launches and releases.
  • Represent the needs of internal product teams, end users, and customers across the product portfolio.
  • Lead customer- and partner-facing engagements as a product expert, including participation in industry events.
  • Understand the broader product portfolio and competitive landscape.
  • Inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of software product management experience.
  • Prior experience building platform services, shared APIs, or other developer-facing capabilities.
  • Strong technical foundation with working knowledge of APIs, identity and access, and workflow orchestration.
  • Experience managing SaaS or PaaS products.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of Agile practices.
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking is a plus.
  • Experience working in healthcare technology is a plus.
  • Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools such as Claude, including use for research, analysis, writing, and stakeholder communication.
