Description

  • Define and drive the vision and strategy for Infrastructure Observability in alignment with company strategy.
  • Identify gaps in the end-to-end customer experience and own the roadmap to address them.
  • Collaborate across Engineering, UX, Design, and other teams to deliver roadmap priorities.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption.
  • Track user engagement and feedback to guide product and feature evolution.
  • Translate abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions from the customer backward.
  • Lead and collaborate effectively across multiple organizations and teams.

Requirements

  • Ideally 10+ years of experience in product management or a closely related field.
  • Extensive experience monitoring cloud and/or infrastructure systems and services that power modern applications.
  • Knowledge of observability and/or performance monitoring domains.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and turn ambiguous problems into prioritized solutions.
  • Passion for industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate alignment and outcomes.
  • Experience working in a remote, globally distributed environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of open-source software is preferred.
