Description

  • Execute the strategic vision for the Enterprise Architecture practice and drive adoption under leadership guidance
  • Collaborate with domain architects, engineers, and leaders to develop technical standards, reference architectures, design patterns, and architecture decision frameworks
  • Develop and manage technical strategy and enterprise guidance for system design, infrastructure integrations, application development practices, and runtime principles
  • Manage the architecture review process by creating validation checklists, reviewing artifacts, and providing domain-specific guidance to ensure architectural alignment
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions and design end-to-end solutions for complex business problems
  • Architect and oversee technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of Salesforce implementations
  • Conduct research and build proofs of concept on emerging technologies and toolkits, recommending functionally robust and cost-effective solutions
  • Partner with data, integration, and solution architects and collaborate with business leaders to create business capability models and align technology roadmaps

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a senior domain architect or senior enterprise architect
  • Prior experience as a Principal Salesforce Architect in a global organization, including work with Salesforce Connected Apps (AppExchange)
  • Proven experience designing and delivering complex B2B SaaS Salesforce solutions
  • Led at least two large-scale Product-to-Cash (CPQ/RCA) implementations from design to go-live and 5+ years defining Salesforce architecture across quoting, contracting, fulfilment, billing, revenue, customer success, and support
  • Experience planning and leading architecture delivery for large-scale business and systems transformation programs
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud) or SuccessFactors ecosystem
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect)
  • 5 years of hands-on enterprise architecture framework experience (TOGAF, C4, ArchiMate, etc.) and strong understanding of security architecture principles
  • Experience with business capability modeling, data architecture, integration, risk management, strong analytical and communication skills; familiarity with managed packages (e.g., Gong, DocuSign CLM, Kantata, Gainsight, Showpad, Qualtrics) and knowledge of Generative AI code assistants considered an asset
