Description

  • Prospect and cold-call to generate and qualify high-quality leads within an assigned territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and close to acquire new accounts.
  • Nurture existing accounts while methodically identifying and pursuing untapped upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Present and articulate product solutions and benefits to multi-level stakeholder groups within prospective customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ strategic goals and challenges and recommend value-adding solutions.
  • Travel to assigned territories and build face-to-face relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and other Account Executives and report to the Director of Value Based Care to meet sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads and pipeline activities to consistently close new account business and grow market share.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or college diploma.
  • Proven history of success in Long‑Term Care sales or Enterprise Software/SaaS solutions.
  • Experience selling to physician practices and value-based care entities.
  • Experience selling software to Senior Living communities.
  • Hunter mentality with exceptional selling and closing capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and quota-driven selling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong relationship-building ability.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to territories and attend in-office events (for remote roles) or reside within commutable distance to the office (for hybrid roles).
