Description

  • Identify and synthesize market dynamics, competitive shifts, buyer trends, and regulatory considerations affecting practice groups.
  • Develop clear problem statements and differentiated positioning rooted in customer workflows and business challenges.
  • Partner with Product and business leaders to clarify market opportunity, support segmentation, and inform targeting decisions.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, enhancements, and growth initiatives, including launch approach and messaging architecture.
  • Create foundational messaging frameworks and translate product capabilities into clear business value for executive and clinical buyers.
  • Enable Sales and Sales Enablement with value propositions, messaging tools, and competitive insights; act as subject matter expert in complex sales discussions and customer education forums.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and other teams to align messaging across acquisition, adoption, and expansion stages.
  • Apply structured frameworks and AI-enabled tools to synthesize research, pressure-test positioning, accelerate outputs, and maintain ownership of strategy and accuracy.
  • Define success metrics for launches and initiatives, monitor performance, gather market feedback, and iterate positioning to improve awareness, pipeline contribution, and win rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience desired.
  • 4–6 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Experience within healthcare technology required; experience in provider, post-acute, or practice group environments strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Product Management/Product Marketing principles (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, Silicon Valley Product Group, Product Marketing Alliance); certification is a plus.
  • Proven ability to create compelling value propositions and messaging strategies that link product capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to support pipeline creation for new offerings and expansion opportunities.
  • Strong marketing expertise and business acumen, using market insights and performance indicators to inform decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Self-starter with strong time management, interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills; team player who collaborates across functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation tools to enhance strategic analysis and accelerate content development while exercising sound judgment and governance awareness; willingness to travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City for periodic in-office events (remote roles) or reside within commuting distance for hybrid roles.
