Description

  • Execute positioning and client-facing content for new product launches and for existing offerings across multiple verticals and customer segments.
  • Maintain and update existing marketing and product assets to ensure messaging stays current with market changes, product updates, and data enhancements.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Commercial Operations to translate product capabilities into clear customer value and market differentiation.
  • Build product messaging to support Business Development campaigns, content strategy, and sales talk tracks.
  • Create core enablement assets with Enablement including pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, one-pagers, and case studies.
  • Lead internal product readiness and training sessions to prepare customer-facing teams to effectively communicate value and close deals.
  • Incorporate feedback from Commercial teams to iterate on messaging, positioning, and enablement materials after launch.
  • Deliver go-to-market materials that support Commercial teams in selling, supporting, and expanding adoption of H1’s solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience within healthcare, life sciences, or health plans, supporting B2B SaaS and/or DaaS products.
  • Proven experience marketing products that serve multiple markets, personas, and use cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex product and data offerings into clear, differentiated customer value.
  • Demonstrated success supporting commercial enablement and working closely with Sales teams.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Commercial Operations in complex environments with frequent product releases and data enhancements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence cross-functionally.
  • Experience creating enablement assets (pitch decks, battlecards, case studies) and running internal readiness or training sessions.
