Description

  • Build and maintain full-stack Azure-hosted portals across UI, API, and data layers.
  • Contribute to the Argus EDI platform for healthcare transaction processing, including eligibility, claims, remittance, and acknowledgments.
  • Develop and extend CRM functionality that supports TPA operations and client management.
  • Work with Azure services such as App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Storage, and AI Services.
  • Participate in architectural decisions and think through how components fit together in Azure.
  • Integrate AI and automation capabilities into products and development workflows.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Azure AI as part of daily work.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple TPA entities to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Own features end to end from understanding the requirement through design, build, and deployment.
  • Write code, build features, and ship production changes in a hands-on engineering role.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in the .NET ecosystem, including C#, ASP.NET Core/MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework or a similar ORM.
  • Solid SQL Server skills, including queries, stored procedures, and relational data modeling.
  • Hands-on Azure experience with App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Comfort using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Azure AI.
  • Strong web fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Sound architectural thinking around service boundaries, data flow, and scalability trade-offs.
  • Experience with Git-based version control such as GitHub or Azure DevOps.
  • Self-directed remote work ethic with proactive communication.
  • Frontend framework experience with React, Angular, or Blazor preferred.
  • Experience with Azure AI Services such as OpenAI, Cognitive Services, AI Search, or Document Intelligence preferred.
  • Advanced Azure architecture experience, including Entra ID and Bicep/ARM/Terraform preferred.
  • CRM platform development or customization preferred.
  • Healthcare or TPA industry experience, EDI/X12 familiarity, or claims processing knowledge preferred.

  • $65,000–$90,000 USD base salary.
  • Additional compensation may include bonuses and merit increases.
