Description

  • Build the core growth marketing infrastructure, attribution models, and automated campaign workflows from scratch.
  • Create turn-key marketing frameworks, toolkits, and playbooks that help on-site Host teams market service lines and amenities.
  • Own the internal digital communication strategy to increase tenant participation, engagement, and lease renewals.
  • Design high-conversion funnels to monetize publicly bookable spaces for events, social, food and beverage, and meeting use.
  • Drive ticket sales, paid registrations, sponsorships, and brand partnerships for events and programming.
  • Develop campaigns and channels that convert site-level brand activity into physical tours and signed leases.
  • Support the company’s corporate brand and inbound pipeline with performance marketing and automation workflows.
  • Lead AI production workflows by training models and automating content editing and deliverable creation.
  • Build and manage tracking systems to connect digital engagement, space utilization, and financial outcomes.
  • Translate complex growth tactics into simple, low-lift operational tools for distributed field teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of growth marketing experience in performance marketing, growth engineering, or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of building and managing profitable funnels.
  • Direct experience building scalable tools, automated templates, and frameworks for distributed teams.
  • Experience marketing premium physical spaces, hospitality assets, asset-level programming, or space-booking platforms preferred.
  • Expertise in multi-channel campaign management and retargeting across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Experience managing complex audience segments for transactional conversions.
  • Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and multi-touch attribution modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency with AI tools and automated workflows to scale creative output.
  • Ability to operate independently as a team of one while presenting data-driven strategies to executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, experiential marketing, or hospitality contexts preferred.

  • Salary range of $150,000–$175,000 plus equity eligibility.
