Description

  • Design and implement AI solutions and innovative products tailored to client needs.
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of cloud, AI, and data strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including research, strategic planning, and execution.
  • Create and refine business cases, product concepts, and roadmaps to support decision-making.
  • Develop methodological playbooks and frameworks to improve project delivery and scalability.
  • Collaborate on tools and templates that increase efficiency and consistency across engagements.
  • Contribute to new business models and go-to-market strategy initiatives.
  • Partner with clients to understand needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Lead workshops and strategy sessions to solve client challenges and identify innovation opportunities.
  • Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Work with interdisciplinary teams across business, technology, and product functions.
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, startups, scale-ups, venture building, digital strategy, product management, or a related field focused on AI, data, and technology solutions.
  • Proven experience in product management from ideation through implementation.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud solutions, and data strategy.
  • Experience designing and delivering AI-powered products and data-driven strategies.
  • Ability to create and present business cases, pitches, and workshops.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset focused on delivering tangible results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Passion for innovation, AI, and technology, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
