Description

  • Source third‑party managed real estate inventory, including full and partial building management of existing multifamily assets and ground‑up developments.
  • Grow and manage partner relationships with regional real estate developers, investors, owners, and lenders to expand Placemakr’s portfolio.
  • Leverage and expand existing network to generate warm and cold introductions and high‑quality deal flow.
  • Prospect for Class A and B multifamily projects in submarkets with strong hospitality drivers in coordination with the VP and strategy/feasibility team.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet growth targets and expand Placemakr’s footprint in key markets.
  • Represent Placemakr at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand and identify partners.
  • Lead or participate in presentations of complex financial models to senior investors/developers as part of the sales process.
  • Produce high‑volume, high‑quality relationships with investors/developers and work with the VP to close deals.
  • Support contract negotiations alongside the VP of Real Estate Partnerships and Placemakr’s General Counsel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5–8 years of experience in multifamily brokerage, investment, sales, or business development with a successful deal track record.
  • Existing deep multifamily network in Denver, CO; candidates must be physically located in, deeply familiar with, and have a strong real estate network in Denver.
  • Proven ability to build a large network of senior real estate contacts and produce winnable deals.
  • Experience in quota‑bearing or incentive‑based roles with demonstrated success closing transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex and lengthy real estate transactions and get deals to close.
  • Ability to travel 10%–25% based on business and deal needs.
  • Strong business writing and communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas simply, high attention to detail, and strong organization.
  • Self‑starter mentality with grit and a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and meet minimum age requirements (18+).

  • Base salary range $115,000–$135,000 (DOE) with estimated OTE $200,000–$225,000+ including bonus/commission.
