Description

  • Own narrative development from concept through final video and visual content.
  • Identify and shape compelling stories across teams, customers, and missions.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting tone across Personal, Defense, and Response content.
  • Produce, shoot, and edit short- and mid-form video content as the primary output.
  • Capture supporting photography when needed to strengthen storytelling.
  • Document flight operations, engineering, customer demos, missions, and major milestones.
  • Travel to aerospace, defense, and public safety environments to capture real-world content.
  • Work confidently with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Bring a documentarian mindset to sensitive, credibility-driven environments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a visual storyteller, videographer, documentarian, or senior content creator.
  • A portfolio demonstrating narrative strength and editorial judgment.
  • Deep hands-on experience producing and editing video content independently.
  • Comfort working autonomously in dynamic, real-world environments.
  • Proficiency with modern video, photo, and editing tools.
  • Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canon C80, Mavic Pro 4, and Canon R5.
  • Ability to work in aerospace, defense, and public safety environments.
  • Strong alignment with core values including safety, customer focus, collaboration, ownership, adaptability, and high performance.
