Description

  • Contribute to the technical roadmap for identity and authorization controls for users, services, and AI agents.
  • Design, implement, and maintain mission-critical IAM features, infrastructure, and libraries.
  • Use Agentic AI to improve systems, least privilege, code quality, and overall system performance.
  • Build performant and resilient authentication, authorization, and auditing controls across high-traffic services and critical infrastructure.
  • Support AAA platform controls across AI agents, data platforms, databases, service mesh, and other production components.
  • Collaborate on evaluation and verification practices to ensure correctness, quality, and reliability of AI-assisted work.
  • Prototype and apply AI tooling to improve day-to-day engineering workflow and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience developing features end to end, with preferred experience in distributed systems.
  • Experience with critical evaluation and verification of AI-assisted work, such as testing, source-checking, data validation, or peer review.
  • Ability to prototype and use AI tooling to improve reliability, quality, and system performance.
  • High integrity and ownership, including protecting sensitive data and remaining accountable for final decisions and deliverables.
  • Strong plus: experience with identity, account security, or authentication/authorization protocols such as OAuth, SAML, or RBAC.
  • Strong plus: experience with AWS or other public cloud infrastructure and containerization such as Kubernetes.
  • Strong plus: experience with infrastructure provisioning tools such as Terraform or Puppet.
  • Strong plus: familiarity with networking protocols at the application layer.
  • A security background is not necessary, but familiarity with infrastructure or identity-related problem spaces is ideal.

  • Base salary range of $123,696 to $254,667 USD for U.S.-based applicants.
