Description

  • Manage and improve Corporate Compliance and Ethics programs, policies, training, controls, and monitoring activities.
  • Support third-party risk management, including sanctions screening, third-party reviews, and gifts and hospitality oversight.
  • Identify, assess, document, escalate, and mitigate compliance risks and issues.
  • Design and conduct compliance risk assessments and track mitigation actions.
  • Monitor regulatory developments across the US, EU, LATAM, and APAC and translate requirements into business guidance.
  • Maintain compliance policies, procedures, process flows, trackers, evidence repositories, and knowledge resources.
  • Support or conduct compliance-related internal investigations, audits, control testing, and Board reporting.
  • Use approved AI and workflow automation tools to improve compliance processes while maintaining human review, data protection, and auditability.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, Product, Engineering, and other global stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage multiple workstreams and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and impact.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in compliance and ethics, sanctions, AML/KYC, third-party risk, or risk management programs.
  • Experience with GRC, workflow, or case-management systems.
  • Knowledge of sanctions screening and OFAC concepts, FCPA, anti-bribery and corruption, financial crime controls, or consumer protection regulations.
  • Experience using AI and automation tools to improve compliance workflows, documentation, or reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex requirements to non-specialists.
  • Sound judgment and ability to recognize when escalation is appropriate.
  • Experience building productive cross-functional relationships.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including spreadsheets and presentation tools.
  • J.D., technology-company experience, or CCEP, CAMS, or ICA certification preferred.

Benefits

  • US base salary range of $120,321–$247,718.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Flexible remote work model; in-office collaboration is required only 1–2 times per year.
  • Position may be based anywhere in the country and is not eligible for relocation assistance.
