Description

Design, implement, and maintain SIEM, advanced EL3 logging, and security event management capabilities.
Ensure IAM systems meet encryption, FISMA, event logging, and advanced logging requirements.
Lead security incident management and analyze events, logs, and alerts for real-time threat detection.
Manage security findings, vulnerability remediation, CVE tracking, and POA&M activities in CSAM.
Support Ongoing Security Assessments, CDM results, security controls, and inheritance statements.
Maintain Cybersecurity Framework scorecards at or above required ratings.
Support ATO documentation, including project, risk, schedule, supply chain, records, CUI, and Section 508 compliance.
Provide security expertise for identity verification, account recovery, and overall environment protection.
Collaborate with security, operations, and development teams on compliance and risk activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of required experience.
Eligibility for or possession of Public Trust clearance.
Strong expertise with SIEM tools, EL3 logging, and security event management.
Deep knowledge of NIST RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, and CSAM processes.
Experience with security remediation, POA&M management, and vulnerability tracking.
Knowledge of AES-256 encryption, SHA-256, TLS, and federal logging requirements.
Ability to analyze security events, logs, and alerts for threat detection.
Excellent documentation, compliance tracking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Understanding of federal cybersecurity policies and identity management security.
Proficiency with security tools, Microsoft Office, and compliance platforms.

Salary range of $93,000–$128,000.
