Description

  • Lead end-to-end Versago and Bizweaver implementations and upgrades, guiding customers through planning, design, build, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Perform detailed business process analysis and map requirements to software configuration.
  • Design and implement integrations between SAP Business One and portals, eCommerce, CRM, and other business systems.
  • Develop human-centered process and solution designs focused on automation, integration, and web/mobile use cases.
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, communication, and client expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer support throughout implementation and post-go-live.
  • Collaborate with sales and management to identify, scope, and pursue future project opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Stay current on product releases, ecosystem tools, and new technologies and contribute to internal process improvement and organizational learning.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software integration or implementation experience in areas such as accounting, distribution, manufacturing, eCommerce, EDI, warehouse management, integration, or process automation.
  • Strong technical background with ERP systems and middleware, including hands-on experience with ERP, eCommerce, and CRM APIs and integration layers.
  • Experience with or responsibility for Versago and Bizweaver implementations and upgrades.
  • Familiarity with SQL query development, Web Services, and JSON (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in accounting, business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into system configurations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and client relationships effectively, including prioritizing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
