Description

  • Partner with process owners, Agile teams, stakeholders, and leaders to drive program, project, and process improvements.
  • Lead the execution and rollout of the Agile Transformation and Azure DevOps implementation.
  • Facilitate platform configuration, integration, best-practice alignment, and change adoption for Azure DevOps.
  • Customize and configure Azure DevOps to meet organizational needs and provide training on established methodologies.
  • Standardize workflows, work item tracking, and release processes to improve visibility and efficiency.
  • Use analytics to assess work management effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Serve as RTE for large programs by facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
  • Identify and resolve program-level impediments, escalate issues, and help manage risks to support delivery.
  • Coordinate communication and alignment across teams, stakeholders, and management while tracking progress with performance metrics.
  • Develop advanced queries, data models, dashboards, reports, templates, and leadership reporting materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree from an accredited college/university preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Business Process Improvement, Portfolio and Project Management, or Business Analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience with SAFe methodologies and Lean Agile delivery.
  • Prior experience as an RTE; SAFe Release Train Engineer certification preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in program management best practices and leading teams to deliver quality software.
  • Strong technical aptitude and prior experience with Azure DevOps preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous situations and drive clarity for project teams.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, critical thinking, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to define standards and guidelines and drive adoption across multiple teams.
  • Experience developing others in lean-Agile mindset and practices preferred.
