Description

  • Lead technical discovery with the sales team to uncover customer pain points and address technical objections.
  • Design customized digital asset management and content distribution workflows for prospective customers.
  • Develop and present migration strategies for customers moving from other DAM platforms or storage solutions.
  • Own technical diligence processes, including RFIs, RFPs, and security and compliance questionnaires.
  • Lead integration and API discussions with prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the liaison between the market and Product/Engineering by translating field feedback and feature gaps into actionable insights.
  • Create technical sales materials such as SOWs, migration guides, integration workflows, and best-practice documentation.
  • Help ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation for new partners.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in DAM, content distribution, visual media, or complex content workflows.
  • Experience advising enterprise clients on data migration paths, metadata mapping, and library architecture during pre-sales.
  • Practical experience discussing API integrations and cloud security principles with IT and Security stakeholders.
  • Ability to propose end-to-end solutions rather than focusing only on product features.
  • Experience handling technical diligence for enterprise sales processes, including security and compliance reviews (preferred).
  • Strong consultative problem-solving skills and comfort navigating complex technical objections.
  • Experience working with global brands or enterprise customers (preferred).
