Description

  • Listen to client needs and recommend the best automation solutions.
  • Quote automation and robotic machine-tending projects using technical expertise.
  • Support rapid implementation of robotic machine-tending and OPTO automation projects.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with Haas Automation representatives, vendors, and the Phillips 360 team.
  • Learn and apply automation and robotics tools, including HAAS, Fanuc, and Fanuc CRX COBOT packages.
  • Support accurate forecasting and manage opportunities through CRM tools.
  • Pursue machine-tending opportunities that deliver strong margins.
  • Contribute to the design of cutting-edge automation solutions.
  • Work under senior guidance while developing toward consistent high performance.

Requirements

  • Technical background in automation.
  • Background in sales is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to learn automation and robotics tools, including HAAS, Fanuc, and Fanuc CRX COBOT packages.
  • High level of ownership and discipline.
  • Willingness to use CRM tools and support forecasting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, and manufacturer representatives.
  • Proactive approach to customer relationships and solution development.
  • Interest in long-term career advancement within the organization.

Benefits

  • Annual base pay of $70,000 to $80,000.
