Description

  • Partner with senior and C-suite stakeholders to identify agent-first opportunities and define multi-phase AI workforce roadmaps tied to business outcomes.
  • Lead the design of production-grade agentic systems using Snowflake Intelligence and Cortex Search/Analyst with an emphasis on configuration, semantic modeling, and maintainability.
  • Design multi-step ReAct flows using Snowflake UI, semantic layers, and native apps to orchestrate tools, policies, and data workflows.
  • Architect high-accuracy retrieval-augmented generation and knowledge solutions with Cortex Search, including onboarding, relevance tuning, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Advise on Snowflake Horizon policies and governance capabilities to keep agents secure, auditable, and compliant.
  • Lead complex Snowflake AI engagements from discovery through production and serve as the escalation point for critical accounts.
  • Develop blueprints, reference architectures, playbooks, guardrails, and ROI frameworks for Snowflake Intelligence-based deployments.
  • Mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants on project ownership, executive stakeholder engagement, and LCNC agentic patterns.
  • Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to scope opportunities, support proposals, and grow existing accounts with new AI workforce use cases.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in professional services or consulting with a track record of leading multi-million-dollar digital, analytics, or AI transformations for enterprise clients.
  • Deep expertise with Snowflake, including platform architecture, security, performance, and governance.
  • Comfort with SQL and Python, with a bias toward native low-code Snowflake features such as Intelligence, Cortex, and Native Apps.
  • Experience designing and delivering AI or analytics solutions that span data engineering, BI/analytics, and business process change.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise low-code/no-code tools such as Copilot Studio, Agentforce, n8n, Make, or Zapier Central.
  • Ability to engage senior and executive stakeholders and communicate AI value in terms of OpEx reduction, risk reduction, and revenue growth.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams of consultants, data engineers, and architects, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Strong communication skills across business and technical audiences, including explaining autonomous agents versus simple chatbots.
  • A bias for action and the ability to thrive in early-adopter environments where standards are still emerging.
  • Preferred experience scaling Snowflake or similar data platforms at enterprise level, including adoption, governance programs, or Centers of Excellence.
  • Preferred experience leading consultant teams to improve performance, utilization, delivery success, and career growth.
  • Preferred data preparation and orchestration experience with tools such as Alteryx, KNIME, Matillion, Dataiku, or Coalesce.
  • Preferred experience in ambiguous environments using Snowflake Intelligence, Cortex, and agentic workflows across multiple functions.
  • Preferred experience designing or supporting change management and enablement programs such as playbooks, training, and office hours.
