Description

  • Provide stages 2 and 3 support for the Discharge Medication Service (DMS).
  • Conduct Pharmacy Contraception Service consultations after full training.
  • Speak with patients daily by phone and maintain a patient-focused approach.
  • Provide administrative support for NMS, DMS, PCS, and other business needs.
  • Adhere to legal, ethical, professional, and company requirements at all times.
  • Work in a high-volume environment while meeting individual and team targets.
  • Collaborate with customer service, purchasing, operations, and pharmacy teams.
  • Maintain quality controls and support day-to-day clinical operations.
  • Help create a fun, relaxed, and friendly workplace environment.

Requirements

  • Accredited Accuracy Checking Technician registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Numerate and IT literate, with confidence using systems such as Excel.
  • Experience in pharmacy, either community or online.
  • Ability to work accurately in a busy environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to follow company, legal, and ethical standards.
  • Team player who can also work independently with initiative and proactivity.
  • Strong prioritisation and organisation skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of DMS stages 2 and 3 is desirable.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check if successful.
