Description

  • Scale and lead the TikTok Shop creator network to drive high-quality content and sales.
  • Launch creator challenges and build daily relationships with creators to increase engagement and output.
  • Develop and refine performance-first creative briefs based on top-performing formats and trends.
  • Identify and iterate on creative formats that improve conversion and revenue.
  • Analyze content, shop, and paid performance data to optimize campaigns and creative direction.
  • Manage agency partners and coordinate with TikTok Shop and internal teams to improve performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, paid media, and agency partners to maximize TikTok Shop results.
  • Own the growth of TikTok Shop at PetLab Co. as a key acquisition and revenue channel.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building creator or customer communities with proven results such as GMV or sales.
  • 1+ year of experience scaling TikTok Shop operations or directly driving measurable sales through the platform.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable sales through creative content, ideally for TikTok Shop.
  • Highly analytical and fluent in performance metrics and creator content data.
  • Strong creative strategy skills with the ability to identify top-performing content across owned, competitive, and adjacent categories.
  • Clear, confident communicator and strong collaborator.
  • Deep familiarity with TikTok Shop, its mechanics, and its creator ecosystem.
  • Spanish fluency is a significant advantage.
  • Experience managing large-scale creator content pipelines is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
