Description

  • Originating and closing mortgage deals while building strong client relationships.
  • Self-generating most or all of your own leads.
  • Managing client pipelines and identifying new opportunities.
  • Guiding clients through the mortgage application process from pre-approval to renewal.
  • Using automated tools to request documents, run soft credit checks, and support compliance and FINTRAC reporting.
  • Collaborating with in-house support for client intake, document collection, and appraisal bookings.
  • Keeping referral partners updated with automated status communications.
  • Leveraging marketing and lead-nurture tools to attract and convert clients.
  • Working with the team to deliver deal support and best-practice guidance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Associate or Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union.
  • At least $10M in mortgage originations in the last 12 months.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-generate most or all of your leads.
  • Elite performer with a strong track record in mortgage sales.
  • Located in Canada and able to work fully remote.
  • Experience working in a commission-based mortgage brokerage environment (preferred).
  • Ability to handle client-facing sales and relationship management responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with mortgage processes, lending workflows, and compliance requirements.
