Description

  • Own the design process from conception through launch for platform enhancements and new features.
  • Create high-fidelity designs in collaboration with UX writers, engineers, and product managers.
  • Rapidly produce and iterate on wireframes and prototypes aligned to user needs and project goals.
  • Conduct user research and testing through interviews, surveys, usability testing, journey mapping, card sorting, and data analysis.
  • Define, track, and apply design success metrics such as usability scores, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Use research insights to drive UX/UI strategy, design decisions, and product improvements.
  • Contribute to or maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
  • Lead project management efforts within the design team and coordinate stakeholders to resolve blockers or delays.
  • Stay current on design and UX trends and share new ideas, tools, and techniques with the team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in human-computer interaction design, UX, UI, or related fields.
  • Experience working with software engineering and product management teams to build products from concept to launch.
  • Exceptional wireframing and design skills, with the ability to explain the rationale behind design decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to use metrics and testing to develop hypotheses and evaluate design solutions.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to drive projects forward independently.
  • Proficiency in Figma or eagerness to learn it.
  • Comfort working with a largely remote team.
  • Minimum BA/BS/BTech/BE degree.
  • Preferred: experience thriving in a fast-paced environment with changing expectations and responsibilities.
