Description

  • Manage and coordinate the full tender lifecycle across the Nordics, including monitoring, preparation, submission, and tracking.
  • Monitor public procurement platforms and identify relevant tender opportunities.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and submit competitive and compliant tender responses.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to gather inputs and support submissions.
  • Maintain and organize tender documentation, pricing, and related records with accuracy and completeness.
  • Evaluate and improve tender processes and workflows to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal QMS requirements and regional regulations while handling sensitive data responsibly.
  • Analyze tender-related data and report findings to support business decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in tender management, with a strong focus on tendering.
  • Experience with public procurement processes, ideally within the Nordic region.
  • Fluent English language skills; proficiency in one of the Nordic languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with tender management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Structured, reliable, and proactive working style with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in optimizing processes and improving efficiency.
  • Experience in MedTech, life sciences, or pharma is a plus.
