Description

  • Proactively source diverse talent through specialized platforms, networks, and innovative attraction strategies in France and abroad.
  • Partner with and advise hiring managers, including Heads of Product and the CPO, on hiring needs and inclusive recruitment strategies.
  • Create and maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Produce regular reports on recruitment progress and key performance indicators.
  • Optimize the recruitment process through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of Pennylane’s inclusive employer brand on the Product side.
  • Lead and contribute to structural projects such as process improvements, new tools, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage multiple recruitment processes independently while aligning actions to business priorities.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in product recruitment in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Recognized by hiring managers as a business partner and trusted advisor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage highly sought-after candidates.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes independently.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to measure and improve performance.
  • Pragmatic, action-oriented, and comfortable working in collaborative environments.
  • Fluent in French and English, with the ability to conduct interviews in both languages.
  • Comfortable working in an ever-shifting environment and prioritizing business-led actions.
  • English proficiency is required and assessed according to the department applied to.
